How to Make Ginseng Tea using Ginseng Prongs & Fibers:

1. Place about 3 grams or about 1 teaspoon of Wisconsin Grown American Ginseng Powder into a tea bag

2. Place the tea bag in a cup and pour 80 - 90 °C or 175 - 195 °F water over the tea bag

3. Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes

4. Remove the tea bag, add honey or another sweetener to taste

    Thanks for your comment! The temperature is not crucial, it is just the most optimal temperature. If you want, you can heat the water to boiling then let it cool for a minute before adding the ginseng.

  • How do we know. that temp. is 175-195 with out a thermometer. Is this crucial or is a simmer ok?
