Makes delicious ginseng ice cream

Very good product and fast shipping.

I soak these in a gallon of whole milk over night, then strain, and add to my soft serve ice cream machine. Very delicious. During the day, I add a pinch to my cups of hot black tea with maple syrup. The texture of these are just right and love the taste eating them at the bottom of my cup.

Hello Yates,
Thank you very much for leaving us this great review and for sharing how you use our ginseng. This is the first time I've heard of using ginseng in ice cream!.

We are very appreciative of you taking the time to rate us.

Take care and be well,
Laurie, WGG

Best Ever American Ginseng!

Panax quinquefolious is a marvelous herb. It is on par, but different from, Panax ginseng, its’ Chinese cousin. Wisconsin Ginseng does a marvelous job with their farm-grown ginseng. I’ve bought both the root and tea cut. The root has a wonderful flavor, but is difficult for this 67-year old for this 67 year old to process. A cast-iron mortar and postal and spice grinder help, but is tedious. It also leaves me with sore shoulders arms, and hands. The tea cut is just right for decoction, maceration, or steeping.
Thank you! This is a great flavor!
