Pure, strong tasting tea

Tastes pure, reminds me of my travels in South Korea and the ginseng tea served everywhere there. Using less tea grinds produces a milder but still recognizable, potent taste if preferable. Fast service, too, thanks all.

Hello Paul,

Exactly what I was looking for

I used to get ginseng tea-bags from a popular tea company, but when it suddenly became unavailable I came here. I'll be ordering again.

Hello Philip,
I am happy to hear that you are pleased with our ginseng tea bags and we are grateful for you letting us know.
Take care and be well,

Disappointed

I purchased this product based on the many benefits it offers but I was unable to use it. The tea I made tasted absolutely horrible, hurt my stomach, made my head hurt, and my skin very itchy. I have used ginseng in the past and never had this problem. I will say it was fresh, well packaged and the communication from the company was good. Very disappointed I can benefit from this product.

Hello Cheryl,
Thank you for your positive comments about our tea-cut ginseng but I'm so sorry that it did not agree with you. Regarding the taste, ginseng has a very strong bitter flavor (if it's fresh) and is definitely an acquired taste. You can add honey and/or lemon to 'soften' its flavor. Your stomach-ache may have had something to do with either taking too much at a time or your dislike for its flavor. Although very rare, taking too much ginseng can cause a headache so I would cut back on the amount that you are consuming. A suggested serving is 2 grams or approximately a third of a teaspoon but you could take even less until your body adjusts. I've never heard that ginseng causes 'itchy skin' but if trying a smaller amount doesn't decrease or eliminate your symptons, I would probably discontinue taking it.

Take care and be well,
Laurie, WGG

quality

I really like this - I can tell it's pure cut root. I measure it out and I feel like it's probably fresher than anything else I could get. Good price as well!

Hello Bobbie,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this great review. We are careful to make sure that our ginseng is stored properly in a temperature/moisture controlled area to make sure it stays at its freshest!

Take care and be well,
