Shipping Policy

Tracking information is automatically sent by email after the order is shipped.  If you have not received tracking information, please contact us! 

United States Orders 

Orders over $100 ship for free* to anywhere in the United States.  Orders under $100 will have the shipping costs calculated at checkout. 

• Orders ship every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a shipping day will be shipped same day.

• All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless another service is selected. 

• Shipping times are an estimate only and may vary due to current carrier challenges.

*Free shipping does not apply on bulk orders.

 

International Orders 

Wisconsin Grown Ginseng LLC is not able to ship orders internationally at this time.  Customers must ship all orders to a valid United States address and reship the order internationally by their own means. 

Wisconsin Grown Ginseng LLC is not responsible for packages after they have left our facility.
