Would Love To But They Didn't Make It

I wish I could review this product, I.
Was pretty okay with the previous batch of roots but these didn't make it in time.

I am very sorry that your order ended up being delayed. Please know that we always do our very best to insure that our orders go out in a timely manner but once they leave our farm, we rely on our shipping carriers to get them safely to our customers. In this instance, the delay occured in route to you while in the hands of the postal service. Immediately after we were aware of this delay, we prepared another order for a reshipment to you so it's on its way. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused you.

You shipped it to the wrong place and that was a pain in the ass

I am sorry to hear that your order delivery caused you such an inconvenience. The address that we used is the same as what was provided when the order was placed (a physical address, not a PO box). If the customer pays for shipping, we use the option that was selected and paid for by the customer. If a certain, carrier, i.e., USPS doesn't deliver to your residence, we would need to be informed prior to the shipment so we can select an alternate carrier, i.e, UPS.
