Hello Xiaoping,
Thank you for your feedback. Our ginseng goes through multiple steps to insure that any debris or blemishes are removed before it is packaged or processed into tea-cut, powder, etc.. After our roots are washed and dried, they first go through a tumbler to remove the fiber and any remaining debris. Then each root is hand-brushed, one at a time, then inspected for any remaining debris before it is packaged or ground into powder. Can you please send us a picture of what you are describing as sand? (email to: Wisconsingrownginseng@mail.com or text to 715-573-5402). Can you also provide how you are using our powder, i.e., added to water to make tea.?
Please note that while ginseng powder will soften and flavor whatever it is added to, it does not dissolve completely.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us so please feel free to email or call if you would like to discuss this further.
Take care and be well,
Laurie, WGG
