I use this ginseng to support my overall immune system every other day. I do not use it when sick, only at the early stages of getting a cold, and it knocks it out before it grows. If I've been sick 2 days, I don't use it. I ride it out then wait before using it again. It has worked better than any other product I've used. I sprinkle a small spoon into a little water and drink it. The powder remains solid, doesn't dissolve. I use it as a supplement, not for cooking.
