Good stuff! I’m 70 and just started drinking ginseng tea every day. I soak the rock-hard roots overnight and then simmer and steep. It has a fortifying effect. That’s the best way to describe it.

Good quality ginseng. The delivery was a bit sloppy. My package was left on the snowbank near my mailbox and the box was wet. Luckily The Ginseng was very well wrapped in a zipped bag.
