genetics ? proper care ? Luck ?

Is it genetics or taking multi-vitamins with organic extracts ie; pumpkin, beets and etc, along with proper skin care, and 2 capsules of Wisconsin ginseng that has to due with my health whose to say. Have always had a strong immune system and people stating you look about 42yrs of age, but i'm 57yr old. WHY ? I can't say but I look at it as using the WI ginseng capsules didn't hurt and could have played a part in it all. 16 years of using capsules starting at 21 and starting back regularly when I was 45 yr.old. For just a few extra dollars a month and my health, it's no problem with me to buy it and take.
