It's the 2nd time that I ordered the American Ginseng Root and Powder from Wisconsin Grown Ginseng LLC, and I’m genuinely impressed. The product arrived quickly and was very well packaged.

We got our packages. The container was squashed, the root extremely try. Just ok.

Shipping seems high.

I'm sorry to hear that your ginseng arrived to you in a damaged box. Did the ginseng itself get damaged? We try to make sure to add enough packing material in case the order goes through some bumps during shipping. If the roots were damaged, can you please provide some pictures? (please email them to wisconsingrownginseng@mail.com. Regarding the shipping cost, we paid that for you as all orders over $100 ship for free.
